Ordered a bunch of items from your company, one of the items being the darktrek summit backpack. Ironically, you email a review to submit regarding this backpack. I have emailed you twice and I’ve asked for your response to resolve this matter immediately. I have received zero response. Please refund back my money for a backpack that I do not have.
