• Cancellations received more than 4 weeks prior to the retreat start date are eligible for a 50% refund or a full credit toward a future retreat or course.

• Cancellations received within 4 weeks of the retreat start date are non-refundable.

• Exceptions may be made only in cases of extreme, verifiable circumstances (e.g., serious illness, military deployment).
